On March 25, the a capella, gospel, jazz and R&B group Take 6 will be releasing their new album Believe worldwide. This will be the group’s first album since 2012’s One. The first single from Believe, “When Angels Cry,” is currently available for purchase on iTunes, Google Play and Amazon, and streaming on Spotify.
In addition, Take 6 have announced the launch of their European tour this spring. Beginning with a performance in Espoo, Finland, on April 26 and ending with a show in Cremona, Italy, on May 8, the tour will take them to France, Italy, Finland, Germany, Georgia and Lithuania.
Take 6 formed in 1980, and are also known for their collaborations with such artists as Ella Fitzgerald, James Taylor, Lionel Ritchie, Ray Charles, Celine Dion and more. The current line-up features Mark Kibble, Claude V. McKnight III, Alvin Chea, David Thomas, Joey Kibble and Khristian Dentley.
