The vocalist, songwriter and multi-disciplinary artist Collette Cooper will release an exclusive body of work in December, all proceeds of which will be donated to Nordoff Robbins, the UK’s largest independent music therapy charity. Collette Cooper embodies a unique premise in today’s musical landscape. Sourcing inspiration from artists such as Bessie Smith and Sister Rosetta Tharpe, to Nina Simone, Billie Holiday and even Kurt Weill, Collette’s style has been described as ‘Janis Joplin channelling Edith Piaf ’.
