“Busy doing Something” was one of the first contemporary “Latin Jazz” albums produced and recorded in Singapore in 1997-98 and later released on digital platforms in 2021
It featured Wendy Low on flute who was previously featured on albums by notable Asian Superstars Jacky Cheung, Theresa Teng, Gigi Leung and others. She was also featured later on A Little Light Music. In “Busy doing Something she was accompanied by the jAZZTET comprising Boni de Souza (piano-keys) Victor Gaskin (Upright Bass) Sanip Ismail (drums) with guest musicians Ken C (guitar) Syed Idros Alkaff (bass). The album had an excellent review in the Straits Times (SG) by noted music critic Whang Shang Yin when it was released.
